Shot on Location!

This is one of my favorite places in SL, the Wilder sims. Not only do I fly my p51 Mustang here ... but end up using the beaches for photos. Trying to find right location on the sim to show off this cute casual but yet dressy beach party outfit, I endured bombings and fly-bys ... I so needed those laughs! If you haven't seen these sims, check it out.

Okay, back to the outfit:

This started due to a skirt called "Romance" from Moonshine. I've paired it with several different tops, jackets, sweaters, etc., dressing it up and going completely casual - it ran the full gauntlet and passed! This is what I finally decided using my "every day look" for the basics of skin, eyes and lashes:

Today's outfit started with these fabulous skinny pants from Armidi. Skinny pants are really in right now, and I love the detail on these pants. I paired it with a navy striped tank with red accents, just to complete the look. I added a huge pair of hoops, since Brant convinced me they really DO work with short hair. I haven't taken them off since. I'm also wearing my new obsession. I'm so in love with the skins from SLink. It's the absolute perfect shade. I haven't taken it off since, and if you know me, that's a big deal, since I never wear one skin very long.

Mundane Monday

Mondays should be mellow and relaxing especially after a busy weekend. A long tunic paired with leggings are perfect for dressing up or keeping casual. Beautiful Stranger

Story time kiddies:
I met a beautiful stranger today ... wandering like me, alone. Somehow, he was in IMs for over an hour. My radar showed his distance but we talked like close long lost friends. After realizing a few common interests, me reading his blog, he reading mine. We laughed ... and off to shopping - together. I saw a new side to an old faithful store - Insolence.
Down the dark spiral staircase ... the room opens to an incredibly well done lounge-like room filled with a Latex line of "lingerie". A smirk slides across my face ... and well ... here is the pic from my little brain. Is the whip too much?

We all have our favorite places in SL. Those places where we tend to spend hours, and they start to feel like home to us. This picture was taken at my favorite place in Second Life. I spend 98% of my time (when I'm not shopping!) here. The first 6 months in SL I spent most of my time wandering around. I'd change clothes where ever I could find a private spot. I even rented a few places along the way, but I must say, being here, with you, it feels like home.

So, Luna's feeling a little down in the dumps tonight, and I made it my mission to cheer her up. So, what better way to cheer a girl up then dancing and flirting. Only problem...this is he place I picked. Yeah, it really IS that lame.
